How to – Frequently Asked Questions about Print on Demand

What does Packaging on Demand mean?

Packaging on Demand means production on demand, i.e. the packaging is produced as soon as an order is received.

What packaging can be implemented?

We produce food packaging, product packaging, individual packaging and point-of-sale items.

What material is used?

The packages are made with solid board up to 600g. We do not use gray board or corrugated board in this process.

What kind of bonding is possible?

We use the 4-point as well as the 6-point gluing, pocket gluing and also offer a special gluing.

What sizes can be implemented?

Packaging on demand, i.e. individual orders, are produced by us using digital printing. Printing is possible on a maximum sheet size of 75 x 53 cm.

What is the possible color in printing?

PWe print both digital and offset. In digital printing we use four-color printing, in offset we print with up to 7 colors.

From what quantity can be produced?

We produce both in small runs from piece 1 and in large runs.

Can the packaging be personalized?

We offer custom packaging where you can implement your ideas.

How do I need to provide the data?

We receive your samples via CAD. If you still need help with the development, we provide suggestions based on 3D visualizations.
