With deviating content due to personalization in run 1, it is a challenge to ensure that the right content meets the book cover in an industrial print production and then still reaches the right recipient / end customer. The key lies in barcode-based production, where small QR codes enable the binding machines to automatically ensure that the two elements are intended for each other just in time. This combined with agile API connectivity gives you the ultimate flexibility in letterpress.

What is the maximum print sheet size?
We can implement a maximum print sheet size of 750 x 530 mm.
What is the range of colors possible in digital printing?
We produce our print products in four-color printing (cyan, magenta, yellow and black).
Where is the barcode placed?
The barcode is located on the back of the product or on a separate insert.
How big is the barcode?
It has a 5 x 5 mm matrix with a safety margin of 1 mm all around.
From what quantity can be produced?
We are specialized in the production from piece 1.
Can customer products be personalized?
All print products can be individualized or personalized with us.
How do I need to provide the data?
You provide us with the print data in PDF format and give us a URL in your interface (JSON) with an HTTPS link from which we can then load the print data.
