How to – Frequently Asked Questions about Print on Demand
What kind of packaging can be produced?
We produce primary and secondary food packaging in the form of folding boxes (with automatic bottom), folding box blanks, banderoles and click boxes.
What material is used?
The packages are made with solid board up to 600g. We do not use gray board or corrugated board in this process.
What kind of bonding is possible?
We use 4-point and 6-point gluing, pocket gluing and we also offer special gluing.
What sizes can be implemented?
In offset, 3B sheets with a maximum sheet size of 75 x 105 cm are processed; in digital printing, printing is possible on a sheet with a maximum size of 75 x 53 cm.
Are the food packages certified?
Our packaging is food and BRC certified.
What printing methods are possible?
We print both digital and offset. In digital printing we use four-color printing, in offset we print with up to 7 colors.
How are the packages developed?
We receive samples from our customers via CAD. We have a creative team of developers, thanks to which we can also provide suggestions for the packaging of final products, if you need help.
How is the functionality of the packaging guaranteed?
This is particularly crucial for food packaging. We produce patterns in colored or white pattern. We also offer pilot runs so that the packaging can be aligned with the product.
From what quantity can be produced?
We produce both in small runs from piece 1 and in large runs.
Can the packaging be personalized?
We offer custom packaging where you can implement your ideas.
