CATALOGS
Product catalogs are very practical, for example, to inform your customers about the company and its services.
They are processed by means of stapling, which holds the product together with flat staples. Suitable materials for the respective pages are uncoated paper, picture printing paper as well as chromo board. With regard to the format sizes, you can choose between DIN A4, DIN A5, DIN A6, 210 x 210 mm and 105 x 210 mm in portrait and landscape format. Cellophaning and finishing are also possible here for a strikingly noble appearance.
WIRE-O-BINDING
360 Degrees turn over possible
Wire-O binding is the preferred method for brochures in particular, as products with this binding can remain open or even be turned over 360 degrees. It should not be confused with spiral binding - in Wire-O binding, the spiral wire used with successive turns means that the spiral cannot be untwisted. Products bound in this way are therefore characterized by long durability and dimensional stability.
IMAGE BROCHURES
Advertising for your company, on natural - and recycled paper.
Image brochures are a popular advertising tool for presenting information. The main task is to attract the attention of the viewer not only through the topics addressed, but also through good quality. For this reason, we offer the use of uncoated and recycled paper in combination with stapling. This creates a robust product, which can be printed from DIN A4 to DIN A6.
MAGAZINES
Guaranteed durability due to staple binding and high-quality printing paper.
Magazines differ from catalogs in that an overriding theme is dealt with and the magazine is published at regular intervals. However, they are produced in the same way. The processing is done by stapling, which creates a durable product. This is characterized by the use of uncoated paper, picture printing paper and chromo board. The appearance can be made additionally special by means of refinements and cellophane coatings. In portrait and landscape format, the printing is carried out in the DIN sizes A4 to A6 as well as in the formats 210 x 210 mm and 105 x 210 mm.
STAPLING
Excellent quality and robustness due to staple binding.
Stapling is a common processing method, whereby the respective pages of the product are stapled together with flat staples. This production step ensures the production of neatly finished and robust printed products such as brochures, catalogs or magazines. In our professional machinery this can be done with a remarkably high productivity.

Where is the barcode placed?
The barcode is located on the back of the book in the lower left corner.
Which substrates can be used?
We offer brochures in picture printing matte, glossy and offset and natural paper.
Which grammages can be selected?
Depending on the paper grade, grammages from 115 g/m² to 200 g/m² can be selected.
What is the range of colors possible in digital printing?
We produce brochures in four-color printing (cyan, magenta, yellow and black).
How big is the barcode?
It has a 5 x 5 mm matrix with a safety margin of 1 mm all around.
How can the brochures be finished?
The brochures can be finished with silver, copper & gold foil and UV & relief varnish.
